Recipe(tried): Raspberry Dressing
Misc. I am sure this is a repost, I'm sorry I don't know who to give credit to, but it is a delicious dressing.
Raspberry Dressing -2
1/4 cup lime juice
3 tablespoons raspberry jam, seedless
2 tablespoons hot pepper jelly
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 clove garlic -- minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Combine lime juice and remaining ingredients in container of an electric blender;
process until smooth. Cover and chill.
