Recipe(tried): Re: cinnamon rolls

As another variation on your cinnamon roll advice, since I freeze about 95% of the cinnamon rolls I make, this is what I do:

Make the rolls up thru the cutting/shaping and put them in a pan. Put them in the freezer -- either keep them in the pan or, once frozen, just pop the lot in a zip-lock bag and back they go intothe freezer.

About 1-1/2 to 2 hours before you want to bake them, heat your oven to 200 degrees to warm it, shut the oven off, cover the rolls with a dish towel and let them rise until about doubled in size. Then bake as usual.

They have turned out perfect for me this way every time -- can't tell the difference, and it saves so much time! Good luck!
