Recipe(tried): Advice on Cinnamon Rolls

Breads - Breakfast Breads
I have made quite a few cinnamon rolls in my time. I think one of the best ways is to make the rolls out the night before, putting the butter then the cinnamon-sugar mixture on, cutting them & putting them in the pan to rise. Then cover the rolls with wax paper or plastic wrap and put them in the refrigerator. They will rise slowly during the night. Then prejheat your oven in the morning and put the rolls in to bake. Works great! I have done this repeatedly over the years. Hope this works well for you.
