2 1/2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper

I marinated pork chops in the bayou blast the other day and cooked them over hickory chips and coals and boy was it delish!! I made the blast without salt though. Just as good. Try it.
