Recipe: Crockpot Mayonnaise Roast (crock pot)

Crockpot Mayonnaise Roast

4 pounds beef roast
4 cups Hellman mayonnaise
1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
1 tbsp crushed mixed dried herbs of preference

Sprinkle soup mix in bottom of crockpot. Cover the roast with the mayonnaise & dried herbs making sure to cover the entire roast. Put on top of soup mix.

Cover and roast on low for 7-8 hours.
