Recipe Collections ANTS ON A LOG
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
5 oz. jar cheese spread
3 stalks, celery, cut into 2-inch pieces
Stir peanut butter and cheese spread together.
Fill celery pieces with helping spoonful of mixture.
Arrange raisin "ants" on each log. Refrigerate.
PIZZA SNACKS
6 English muffins
1 jar pizza sauce
1 pkg. mozzarella cheese
1 pkg. pepperoni
Halve muffins; spread sauce, pepperoni, & cheese on each half.
Bake at 350 until cheese is melted.
5 CUP SALAD
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 cup mandarin oranges
1 cup coconut, shredded
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup sour cream
Mix all together and chill.
PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
1 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix together.
Spoon onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350.
EASY FRUIT COBBLER
2 cans (29 oz. each) peaches slices, drained
OR 2 cans (20 oz. each) apple pie filling
1 to 1 1/2 cups granola
Spoon fruit into 8-inch square baking pan.
Sprinkle granola over top of fruit.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until top of granola is brown
PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE (very good)
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup milk
12 oz. (1 1/2 cups) peanut butter
Lightly butter an 8-inch square baking pan.
Measure out peanut butter and set aside.
Combine sugar, brown sugar, and milk in a saucepan.
Bring to a rolling boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
Take pan off the heat and stir in the peanut butter until just mixed.
Carefully pour into a buttered pan and refrigerate.
When fudge is set, cut in squares.
