Please look on this site under Main Mein Maria's recipe (click here), I think I have come verrry close to Chin chin's Main Mein. I really loved it. I ate it every week when I worked in marina del rey for 6 years but when i asked them for the recipe, they refused, so i spent ALOT of time trying to create it. Now that I think I actually may have found a better, healthier recipe, I am sharing it with everyone so we don't have to ask a corp. for it.
ENJOY. I make this every week for co-workers and friends and they are addicted.
