Recipe(tried): Chicken and Noodles (using rotisserie chicken) for Gina, Fla

Main Dishes - Chicken, Poultry
Gina, I use rotisserie chicken all the time. Just strip the meat from the bones (I remove the skin also) and there you go. This is a "Go To" recipe for me when I have to take a dish to family or a neighbor when they need a little help; our family loves it also. It's a wonderful comfort food when the weather is chilly.

CHICKEN AND NOODLES
Spray a 9"x13" casserole dish Layer as follows...

Layer 1) 3 to 4 cups cooked and well drained egg noodles

Layer 2) chicken which has been pulled from a rotisserie chicken (in large pieces)

Layer 3) 1 large jar (6 oz.) whole mushrooms, drained

Layer 4) Mix together 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of celery soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup, and a 16 oz. carton of sour cream Spread over mushroom layer

Layer 5) Pepperidge Farm stuffing crumbs to cover

Layer 6) Drizzle all with melted butter

Bake at 350 deg. for about 45 minutes or until browned and bubbly
