Recipe: REQUEST: RECIPE: ANDES MINT PIE (as served at Olive Garden restaurants)

Misc.
I recently ate a piece of the most luscious pie ever. It was at the Olive Garden restaurant and it was called Andes Mint Pie. It has a smooth fudge bottom layer (reminds me of the fudge in Chunky Dory ice cream) then a smooth layer of mint green cream filling. It has broken pieces of Andes mints around the sides of the pan it is formed in. It is finished off with a dollop of chocolate fudgey type frosting with an Andes mint stucky in the middle. I would appreciate the recipe e-mailed to me at pgs@ramlink.net. Thanks, Jindra
