Recipe: Rich Brownie Cake (using Wondra flour) - Hope this is it

RICH BROWNIE CAKE

1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup Gold Meadow Wondra flower
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teas. salt
3/4 cup margarine or butter, melted
3 eggs
1 1/2 teas. vanilla
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Sweetened whipped cream and or shaved chocolate (for serving)

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour round 8x 1 1/2-inch cake pan.

Mix all ingredients except the whipped cream and shaved chocolate and spread in pan.

Bake about 35 minutes or until top appears dry. Cool 10 minutes, remove from pan. Cool cake completely.

Top with sweetened whipped cream and chocolate.
