Roasted Asparagus

Steam the asparagus and transfer to a baking pan. Drizzle with olive oil. Add several garlic cloves, salt & fresh ground pepper, rosemary and tyme. Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes, or until they start to get crisp (or to your liking). I usually line the sheet with foil for easy cleanup. This also works very well with green beans, or a combination of both. You can also add onion slices.
