George Foreman Grill Recipe - Glazes

3 oz. jar baby food plums, apples, apricots, OR pineapple
3 oz. brown sugar
3 oz. soy sauce

Combine baby food, brown sugar, and soy sauce in a bowl. Use to glaze meats cooking on a George Foreman Grill which has been lightly sprayed with non-stick spray. Open the grill and spread on the meat several times during the cooking.

I use the plums or the apples for pork, the apricots or the pineapple for chicken.
