Recipe(tried): Rolled sandwiches

Sandwiches
Dear Barbara,

I usually make this recipe for parties, showers, birthday celebrations. It is really good.
Sorry if some of the ingredient names are not exactly the words you use but I know the recipe in Spanish.

1 loaf of bread (sliced)
Butter (1/4 of a stick melted)
Mayonnaise and mustard/
Ham (any type you like the most, I pesonally love black forest)
American Cheese (sliced)
1 small can sliced green olives
Red pepper (canned, peeled in Mexico we call it pimiento morron, which is also very used in Spanish dishes like Paella Valenciana)

Cut a large piece of aluminum foil of about 18 inches long where you will set the slices of bread.
Cut of the edges of the slices of bread.
"Smear" the edges of the bread with melted butter and set them on top of the aluminum foil. About two colums of four of five sliced of bread. Place them as close as you can from each other. Leave about two inches from the edge of the foil in all four extremes so you can make the roll later on.
Then spread some mayonnaise and mustard on top of the bread. In my family we use cream but it is not sour cream and we mix in a little mustard and a little bit of ketchup. YOu could give it a try with sour cream but that is up to your taste and preference.
Then start with a layer of ham or two slices on top of the bed of bread, then go ahead with the slices of american cheese and finish with some olvies and the red pepper in thin slices as well.
Once you have completed all the ingredients, take the lower extreme of the foil and beging rolling all the way up as tight as you can.
Once you have rolled up all the bread slices, put the roll on top of a baking pan and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
Bring out of the oven and unfoil it.
Using an electric knife, cut in thin slices of about 1/2 inch.
Ready to eat.
They are really good and look very nice.
Enjoy!!!
