Recipe(tried): Roomie Brew for nreid's son

Hope you get this in time for you to make it for your college-bound son. This was a staple for my daughter and her roommates.

"Roomie Brew" Mix

1 lb. powdered sugar
1-1/4 cup non-dairy creamer
2-3/4 cup instant chocolate mix (Quice, etc.)
10-1/2 cup non-fat dry milk

Combine and mix well. Seal in plastic bags and package for gifts, college students or your own use.
To mix: fill cup 1/2 full with mix, add hot wter to fill. Stir 'til mix is dissolved.
