Recipe(tried): Make-A-Mix Hot Cocoa

Beverages
I just found this site, so the recipe is a little late. This is the Hot Chocolate recipe found in the Make-A-Mix Cookery book. Hope you find it useful.

Hot Chocolate Mix
Makes 90 Servings

For a nostalgic treat top each cup with a marshmallow. This is a camper's favorite.

10 2/3 cups instant nonfat dry milk, (1- 25.6-oz. pkg.)
1 6 oz. jar powdered nondairy creamer
2 cups powdered sugar
1 6 oz. can instant chocolate drink mix

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Put in a large airtight container. Label with date and contents.

Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 6 months. Makes about 17 cups Hot Chocolate Mix.

VARIATION
Substitute 2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder for chocolate drink mix. Increase powdered sugar to 4 cups.
