Appetizers and Snacks
This is a very easy appetizer to make and disappears quickly off the buffet table.

Salami Cream Cheese Rolls

1 package cream cheese (low fat or fat free is fine)
1 package sliced hard salami

Spread each salami slice with cream cheese and roll up. Fasten with toothpicks if desired.
