ISO: Jen, could you post your Tuscan dip recipe?

Misc.
I am having an appetizer brunch for 60 tomorrow in conjuction with our annual Christmas Cookie Exchange.(Must be getting the hang of this after 14 years, since I am sitting at the computer the day before! Just have the bathroom scrubbings left, along with the topping of the veggie pizza squares and the making of the deviled eggs)My menu is as follows, I try to make changes each year, but many people, my husband included, ask for much of the same selections each time. So tomorrow at noon I will serve:
Ham (brought by a friend)
Cheesy Taters (brought by a sister-in-law)
Chili (brought by a neighbor)
Teriyaki Wings
Hot Wings
Sauced Little Smokies
Swedish Meatballs
Spinach Dip
Cheeseball
Brie with Cranberry Marmalade
Vegetable Pizza Squares
Cheese Plate (brought by a friend)
Minestrone Soup (thanks to postings by Jeanne!)
Bread Sticks with Red Pepper Yogurt Dip
Deviled Eggs
Salami Cream Cheese Rolls
Assorted Nuts
Cocktail Rye Bread
Sourdough Bread (for Spinach Dip)
Assorted Crackers
Holiday M&M's
Cream Mints
Lemonade
Coffee
Iced Tea
And last, but certainly not least, a sampling of the cookies from the exchange!
Have a great Christmas Eve buffet!
