Sauerkraut Casserole
1 lb. hamburger browned
Put this in the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
Layer with 1 can of drained sauerkraut
Next 4 - 8 oz. noodles.. cooked & drained.
Mix 1 can crm of mushroom and 1 can of crm of chicken soups
Pour over the noodles.
Sprinkle the top with shredded mozarella cheese.
Bake 350 degrees for 30 - 35 min.

Poor Man's Filet
2 lb. ground beef
3 slices bread
2 eggs
1/2 c.milk
1 Tb. salt
1-2 Tb. onion flakes
1 Tb. hickory smoked BBQ sauce
1 Tb. celery flakes
1Tb. parsley
1/2 tsp. chili pwd.
Make patties 6-12.
Wrap a slice of bacon around the patty.
Place in pan and top each patty with 1 Tb. tomato soup.
Cover with foil and bake 1 1/2 hor. at 350 degrees.
