Recipe(tried): Sausage Balls
Appetizers and SnacksADVERTISEMENT
They don't get any easier than this:
Sausage Balls:
1. Break up a 12-oz package of spicy pork sausage in a large skillet. Cook until gray and crumbly. Drain off the fat.
2. Mix in a large bowl: 3 Cups Bisquick, 2 C shredded sharp Cheddar, 2 T. parsley flakes, 2 T. water; mix in the cooked sausage thoroughly with your clean hands. Shape the dough into little balls (about 1 inch.) Add a little water if needed for the dough to hold together.
3. Bake on ungreased baking sheets 15-20 minutes or until the tops are lightly speckled. Serve warm. This recipe makes about 4 dozen.
Have a great time!
