SAVORY TOMATO DRESSING
1 cup tomato juice
1 teaspoon instant minced onion
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon unflavored gelatin powder (Knox)
Combine tomato juice, onion, Italian seasoning and gelatin in small saucepan. Let stand 5 minutes. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes.
Store in tightly-covered container in refrigerator.
Makes 1 cup
