Recipe: Sawdust Pie

SAWDUST PIE
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup coconut
1 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
7 egg whites (unbeaten)
1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 ctn. whipped cream or Cool Whip (small optional)
3 bananas, sliced (optional)
1 pie crust
Mix well by hand the first 5 ingredients. Bake in unbaked pie shell at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until set. Do not over bake. Top with sliced bananas and whip cream.
