BEEF, RICE AND BEAN SPROUTS CASSEROLE
BROWN
1/2 lb sausage
1/2 lb. hamburger
ADD
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
COOK ABOUT 5 MINUTES
MIX TOGETHER
2 cans of cream of chicken soup,
1 can bean sprouts
1 large jar of undrained mushrooms
1 cup rice
1 cup water and the above ingredients.
PLACE IN A BUTTERED 9"X13" DISH. BAKE AT 350 FOR 1 HR.
