Cut grapefruit in half: remove core. Cut around each section, loosening fruit from membrane. Place a bed of greens in grapefruit shell. Combine cooked and chilled shrimp with grapefruit sections. Spoon into grapefruit shells. Top with shrimp cocktail saruc or thousand island dressing.
