Recipe: Creamy Layered Fruit Salad

CREAMY LAYERED FRUIT SALAD

TOPPING:
2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (8 oz.) carton strawberry yogurt
1 (3 oz.) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp almond extract
FRUIT:
5 cups sliced peaches
2 cups blueberries
2 cups sliced strawberries
2 cups green seedless grapes
mint leaves for garnish

Thaw frozen whipped topping and combine with yogurt, softened cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and extract; beat until smooth.

In a clear glass bowl, layer the strawberries, half of peaches and blueberries; spoon half of the topping over fruits. Layer the grapes and remaining peaches and cover with rest of topping.

Garnish with mint leaves. Refrigerate until serving time.
