Recipe(tried): Simple Shortbread Cookies

Simple Shortbread Cookies

1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sifted flour

Cream butter and sugar together well.

Sift flour 3 times. Add to creamed mixture and combine.

Roll on board, Cut in desired shapes.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
