ISO: School cafeteria shortbread cookie recipe

Hi,
I've always loved the shortbread cookies they served with our lunches in school as a kid.If anyone knows of the recipe you will have made my day!Im sure the school uses a large scale recipe.But if there's a smaller recipe that even comes close to it I'd be deliriously happy.I'm from Hawaii.I don't know if it would make a difference?I guess any shortbread recipe from school would be great!
