Recipe(tried): Spam and Bean Bake (or HELP! I married a Spam lover!)

Main Dishes - Assorted
I knew nothing of Spam when I married and I married someone who was very, very fond of it. I grew to like it over the years. Aside from serving it drenched in brown sugar and fried for breakfast, I used this recipe many times in the early years of our marraige. Now I made Spam Lite once in a while for DH. It's not exactly on my Dean Ornish eating plan!

SPAM AND BEAN BAKE

2 (16-ounce) cans pork and beans with tomato sauce
1 (12-ounce) can Spam
1 (20-ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
2 Tablespoons light brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon grated onion
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a 2-quart casserole mix all ingredients well.

Cover and bake 20 minutes or until hot.

Makes 6 servings.
