Recipe: Spinach Salad (with bananas, bacon, and walnuts)

Salads - Assorted
SPINACH SALAD (WITH BANANAS, BACON, AND WALNUTS)

SALAD:
1 quart spinach, washed, torn
2 large bananas, sliced
6 to 8 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped (pea-size)
DRESSING:
1 1/2 cups salad dressing
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup honey
1 tbsp. grated orange rind

Toss all salad ingredients together and refrigerate.

Mix all dressing ingredients thoroughly; serve with the salad.

Hi Cindy,

This recipe didn't note the origin but I don't imagine there are too many versions of this salad going around!
