Recipe(tried): Spinach Salad with Hot Bacon Dressing (with ketchup)

I would like a recipe for hot bacon dressing for spinach salad. I have one that has ketchup in the recipe but I would like one without ketchup.

Here's the one that I have.

Hot spinach salad dressing
1/2 cup oil (or bacon grease)
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup vinegar
1 small onion, chopped (or less to taste)
1 Tbsp. worchestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all together and bring just to a boil.

In bowl break up 6 strips cooked bacon, 4 chopped hard boiled eggs, a desired amount of spinach leaves and additional chopped onion, if desired.

Pour warm dressing over greens just before serving.
