Stir Frys are healthy and can be made both vegetarin or with meat/shrimp etc...
I am not a pre measure guy, In a large pan I sautee my meat first then add snow peas, green onions, carrots, squash etc.. usually what ever is in season at the farmers market. for the sauce use a store bought teriyaki, or use soy sauce mixed with sugar ginger garlic and constarch.
