Recipe: Straawberry Muffins

Breads - Muffins, Quick Breads
Straawberry Muffins (source unknown)

1 1/2 C. flour
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1/4 C Sprinkle Sweet
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 C fresh strawberries
1 oz. walnuts
1/2 C applesauce
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1/3 C skim milk

Bake 20 - 25 min.
350 degrees
