Recipe(tried): Strawberry - fig jam

Mix 2 small boxes of strawberry jello with 5 cups mashed figs, and 3 cups sugar. Bring to a boil, boil 3 min. stirring constantly. Be careful, they will scorch. At the end of 3 min. turn off, scim off any foam and ladle in jars. Waterbath in simmering water for 10 minutes.
