Stuffed Tomato Appetizer

3 chicken breasts
Sweet relish
1 boiled egg chopped
Kraft light mayo
Salt and pepper to taste

Just core out your tomatoes. Make up your chicken salad like you normally would. Put the chicken salad inside the tomato. Serve with crackers or with your favorite bread. It's all in the presentation. Can also be made with Tuna Salad.
