Recipe: Sugar Free Blackberry Jam

Blackberry Jam

4 cups crushed blackberries
8 T. liquid non sugar sweetener

Combine crushed blackberries and sweetener in a med. saucepan. Bring to a boil, stir constantly until mixture thickens. Ladle into hot jars, leave 1/4 inch headspace. Process in water bath canner for 15 minutes. Makes about 2 half pints.
