Hi, everyone! School is out and I, except for having to attend two workshops during the next two weeks, will be free until the first of August. Hurray!!!!!!!!!!!

Today for lunch we had tried and true recipes that I have posted here many times before. We had: Baked Rotisserie Ham with Apricot/Pineapple Glaze, Macaroni and Cheese with Wine, String Beans, Alabama Style, fresh strawberries with whipped cream, Sunflower Bread (from Publix), sweet tea with lemon, CLAUSSEN Pickles, and Mama Donald's Banana Pudding.

I found Mama Donald's Banana Pudding recipe posted here by Becky/LA. I like banana pudding hot and my husband loves it cold. After I finished making the pudding, I had a bite and it was just luscious! My husband really enjoyed it, too. If you love banana pudding, this recipe is one that you must try! Thanks, Becky!
