Cake Recipe.
Surprise Cones (Cakes)
1 package cake mix
1 egg
200ml. (1 cup) milk
1 box ice cream cones (flat-bottomed)
Mix cake mix with 1 egg and 200ml milk. Spoon mixture into cones approx. halfway.
Place 6 on turntable of you micrwave and cook for 2 minutes on high. Remove from microwave and let cool on wire cake rack.
Top with melted chocolate and coconut or hundred & thousands, or just let the kids decorate themselves
Great treats for school lunches, after school snack, or school holidays,even kids parties.
