Recipe: Apple Hill Cake

APPLE HILL CAKE

4 cups diced apples
2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 13x9-inch pan.

Combine the apples, sugar, oil, and eggs.

Sift dry ingredients together and add to the apple mixture. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until cake tests done.

Serve hot, warm or cold, plain, frosted or with whipped cream.
