GROUND PEPPERCORN BURGER:
Crusted with black pepper & spices. With shredded lettuce, tomato, pickle, topped with Awesome Blossom strings & sauced with mild bleu cheese.

2 pounds Ground Beef
1 c. Sweet & Sassy Pickles, chopped
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
8 ounces Cambazola Cheese (divided into 6 equal parts)
Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Combine beef, chopped pickles, mustard, and worshesterchire sauce. Divide into 6 equal parts and form patties. Make a pocket in each burger and fill with a slice of cheese in the center. Liberally coat with freshly ground black pepper. Grill, roast, or saut until desired doneness has been achieved.
