Recipe: Sweet and Spicy Sausages

Sweet and Spicy Sausages
Serves 6

12 large good quality pork or venison sausages
3 tbsp grain mustard
3 tbsp clear honey
1 lemon, zest and juice
2 tsp paprika
Method

Heat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6. Mix together the honey, mustard, paprika, lemon juice and zest. Prick the sausages and toss in the mustard mixture. Put in a roasting tin and bake in the oven until brown all over and cooked right through. Turn the sausages from time to time whilst they are cooking. Serve with baked potatoes.
