Recipe(tried): Tasty Quick Rice

Misc.

I have invented a quick and tasty rice dish, handy for taking to the office for a healthy lunch. It's simplicity itself;to cooked rice, add teriyaki sauce to taste(I like lots), and stir in some canned kidney beans for protein. I use whole grain rice for extra nutritional value.
