Recipe: Tater Hamburg Casserole

Tater Hamburg Casserole

Ground beef (uncooked about 1 lb more or less)
1-2 envelopes lipton onion soup mix
1 can "cream of ..." soup (whichever you like)
1/2-3/4 can milk
1 bag of tater tots (enough for 1 layer over a 9x13 pan)

Loosely spread raw ground beef in 9x13 pan
Sprinkle one envelope of lipton onion soup mix over meat
Layer on one layer of tater tots (tightly)
In a bowl mix condensed cream of soup with 1/2 -3/4 soup-can of milk
Optional: sprinkle another envelope of dry soup over 'tots'
Pour milk/soup mix over taters
Bake in 350o oven till meat is cooked (?? min.)
This is always a hit, hope you enjoy as well. I ahve been know to add some shreded cheese to the mix too :)

PS frezzeing tip: I do ahead and freeze and it is fine, even with out the liquid and add it before baking is good too.
