Recipe(tried): Tater Tot Casserole

Main Dishes - Casseroles

Brown 1 1/2 lb. of ground sirloin or lean beef with
1 cup of chopped onion and 1/2 cup of Green and Red Sweet Pepper
Drain well...
Place in a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Place on package of frozen tater tots in rows all over meat and place in 350
oven until tater tots are brown.
Remove from Oven and place sliced american cheese or chedder cheese over tate
tots and return to oven til cheese is melted. This is a very fast dish to
serve and most family members like it because it taste something like a
cheeseburger. Can be served with vegetable and salad.
