Recipe(tried): Tennessee Bread (French bread topped with cheese and bacon)
Appetizers and SnacksADVERTISEMENT
TENNESSEE BREAD
1 loaf French bread
butter (herb butter makes it better)
shredded cheese (a mix of cheeses makes it ooze more)
fried bacon, drained, crumbled
Butter one side of each slice of bread. Top with cheese and crumbled bacon.
Bake till the cheese is brown and melted.
My kids love this. It had another name but this is what my 3 year old calls it. Hope you like it.
