Recipe: Peanut Butter Bacon Sandwiches

PEANUT BUTTER BACON SANDWICHES

1/2 cup peanut butter
6 slices bacon, cooked crisp, drained and crumbled
1/3 cup finely chopped celery
8 small buns, split and toasted
Butter or margarine, softened
Lettuce leaves
Tomato slices

In a small bowl, combine peanut butter, crumbled bacon and celery.

Spread bun halves with butter or margarine. Place lettuce leaves on each bun bottom; spread with the peanut butter mixture. Top with tomato slices and the remaining bun halves.

Makes 8 sandwiches
