Recipe(tried): Thanks Debbie!!

Misc.
Dear Debbie,

Thanks so much for saying that, I take it asa a great compliment from a great Southern cook!!

What I usually do the week before is think about what we are going to eat and then I start pulling recipes from my little filing boxes, plan the menu and those are the ones that go into my cyber-cookbook, the tried and trues. I usually do this on Sunday after breakfast, after the paper has been read, and I begin cutting out coupons. Sunday is a very laid back lazy day at our home.

I was amazed at the variety of foods we ate at home!! I am not one to go out to eat unless the restaurant is an excellent one, so we tend to eat in a lot and entertain a lot.

I enjoy it Debbie, so to me, it is a passion.

Happy Cooking! Gina
