Hi Monica! This recipe is for a cookie I make similar to what you are looking for. I make these every year for Christmas, and we call them Peanut Butter Blossoms. Hope it is what you are looking for. Landy

Peanut Butter Blossoms
1 3/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 egg
2 Tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Hershey Kisses

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix flour and baking soda in small bowl and set to the side.
Mix sugars, shortening, and peanut butter in mixing bowl; beat until creamy. Add egg, milk, and vanilla until combined.
Slowly add flour mixture and mix well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Immediately top with an unwrapped Hershey Kiss after removing from oven. Allow to cool completely. Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
