You may be talking about Tres Leches or Three Milks Cake (Tres Leches Cake with variations), an awesome cake I had last year in Puerto Rico. It is made with sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and heavy cream. You mix this up and pour it over a heavy cake, after poking holes in it. The milk mixture soaks in and YUMMY! Good Luck!
