Recipe: Cappuccino Granita (using Splenda)

Desserts - Frozen
CAPPUCCINO GRANITA
(Diabetic Friendly)

4 tsp. instant espresso coffee powder
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
2 cups ice cubes
2 Tbsp. Splenda
Cinnamon (for garnish)

Combine all ingredients except cinnamon in a blender or food processor. Process 10 seconds, or until ground to a chunky slush.

Spoon into 4 dessert dishes. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon and serve immediately.

Makes about 4 servings
