Recipe: Truffles Dipped in White Chocolate (re: Coconut Balls)

Hi Linda -
It was probably melted white chocolate tinted with food colorings. Yesterday on Food Network, the woman (new) who does the 5 Ingredient dinners program showed a recipe for truffles with coconut and dipped with chocolate - you might just see what she has done, it may not be quite what you're looking for but they looked very good. The white chocolate was thinned out before melting with some heavy cream, but was quite thick anyway.
