Two-Mustard Honey Glaze
Source: Food and Wine Magazine, June 1996
Yield: 2 cups
Pork: Brush before grilling
Chicken or Salmon: Brush during grilling

1 cup honey
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 cup grainy mustard
Salt and freshly ground pepper

Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl.
